Paxton GreenGroup PracticeThe Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) announced that children aged one to nine and living in Greater London will be offered a booster polio vaccine.
The campaign is currently prioritising boroughs in North London where Polio has been detected in the sewage. We are awaiting further guidance as to when and how we will start the booster programme here.
If your child is not up to date with any of their baby or pre-school immunisations then please book an appointment for these through Reception.
If your child is up to date with their immunisations then please do NOT book a booster Polio vaccine until we have further information available.
