Patients at Paxton Green can sign-up to receive text message alerts, to remind you of upcoming GP appointments. It also allows us to contact you, (e.g. to let you know of test results or when hospital letters are received or medication reviews required).

You can apply to receive text message alerts by using our online application form and then attending the practice in person with valid proof of identity and proof of residence. View a full list of documents that can be used as either proof of identity or proof of residence.

Please ensure that you enter an up to date mobile number on the form and for your security ALWAYS INFORM US IF YOUR CONTACT NUMBER CHANGES.

As with any personal information that you share with us, your contact details will remain confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside the practice, without your express permission.

You can withdraw from this service at any time, if you find that you no longer need it. If you wish to do so, please speak to a member of staff at Paxton Green.
