The following services are available to registered patients:

• Online access to your medical records (including your vaccination history, referral letters, test results and clinical notes)
• The ability to order repeat prescriptions online
• Nominating a pharmacy of your choice, to which we can then automatically forward your repeat prescriptions
• The ability to book and manage your practice appointments online
• Receiving text message alerts, to remind you of upcoming appointments and test results

You can now apply for access to all of these online services by completing a single online application form. Apart from Nominating a Pharmacy, access to all the other services will require you to attend the practice with proof of your identity.
